Job Description

- Lead the end to end design & development of business software in Java/JEE

- Constantly research, analyze and keep up with the latest happenings in the Java and open source world

- Be the primary focal point for any Java/JEE related matters

- Responsible to setup development, build and release environments

- Lead and mentor other Java developers

- Translate high level technical architecture design into detailed software design

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge in Java 5 and/or above

- Excellent knowledge in OO/AO programming

- Excellent knowledge in SQL/RDBMS

- End to end experience from design to build/deployment of Java/JEE applications including web/non-web enterprise applications

- Passionate in software development

- Good command of English

- Good communication skills
