- Lead and manage the operation of software test team
- Responsible for developing product knowledge and testing skills in the software test members.
- Manage and coordinate test resources across several project domains.
- Overseeing the quality of test plan, test cases and test results from software test engineers.
-Continuously improve test processes using CMMI process framework as a guideline.
- Deploying tools and technologies to improve test efficiency. E.g. test management and test automation.
Requirements:
-Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology/ Management Information Systems.
-Minimum 3 years of working experience in software testing/quality control preferably in TELCO industry or consumer software products
- Experience in the deployment of test automation.
5) SQA Engineer
(Selangor - Cyberjaya)
Responsibilities:
- Verification of project's process and products to meet the expectations of customer and organization.
- Conduct process related training and support to the organization.
- Conduct software engineering process audits, facilitations and provide insight reports to SQA Leader.
- Verification of project metrics.
- Active role in Software Process Improvement initiatives.
- Carry out independent research and analysis assignments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years related working experience as a Software Quality Assurance person and having experience in at least one full cycle of software development.
- Knowledge of CMM/CMMI process framework is a MUST.
- Good knowledge in software review, measurement and audit techniques.
- Have experience in process definition and implementation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Quality tools is an added advantage.
6) Senior/Test Engineers
(KL-Mid Valley City)
Senior Test Engineer Responsiblities:
- Technical Management of the Test Environments within company (Including set up of Lab, Set-up of Servers etc)
- Implementing the Test Life Cycle.
- Taking an active role in the design and implementation of test schedules
- Producing, reading and understanding Unit, Integration and System Test Specifications
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring own work with minimal review.
- Designing creative test suites to address complex systems
- Communicating and following up on Technical Issues with other Engineering Groups
- Being proactive in a test team, contributing significantly to the success of the team and gaining the co-operation of others.
- Keeping abreast of a variety of relevant technologies, possibly focusing on a particular expertise.
- Demonstrating an organised, systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to testing, problem solving, coding and defect fixing.
- Functioning effectively with all applicable methods, procedures and standards. (Automated Test Tools experience is advantageous).
- Being part of a support rota.
- Having excellent oral and written communication skills for effective dialogue with colleagues on the test team and line management.
- Developing an appreciation of the wider field of technology outside his/her own specialisation and developing a good broad understanding of computer system architecture, (studying, magazines, WEB..), and bringing these new technologies into use in company where appropriate
- Act in a Deputy Role for the Test Manager as and when required
Test Engineers Responsiblities:
- Ability to take responsibility for Test Life Cycle.

- Essential skills: Telecommunications network and technology understanding, Scripting Languages such as Perl, SQL, Shell, Good working knowledge of Unix / Oracle, Good automation skills
-Useful skills: Programming Language such as Java or C, Corba
