Job Responsibilities

• Ship product on time to meet promises made to customer and minimize past due balances
• Develop team members and make sure they fit job requirements for high performance 
• Manage cost controls effectively to meet departmental budget, review spending variances and participate in annual business planning
• Deliver quality products consistently as measured by CAR’s, QN’s, SPC, Audit Results and Daily Scrap
•  Create and maintain an active Lean-Sigma program to drive continuous improvement via  application of lean tools and activities to mold the shop culture
• Coordinate and manage workflow to make sure things get done and quality products are  delivered on time 
• Hire and maintain staffing levels consistent with current order rates and in time to prevent delinquencies 
• Lead manufacturing team effectively to achieve daily production requirements and advocate for  staff career development and growth
