Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To lead and monitor the Quality Assurance programs in the company by establishing effective quality assurance plan, developing process controls and inspection methods & techniques.
  • To set corrective and preventive actions on non-conformance or quality issues.
  • To manage and coordinate the day-to-day work of maintaining and improving the overall quality systems and quality related projects.
  • To maintain or reduce non-conforming products (NCP) return by customers at 1% rate or below, and recommend solutions to management.
  • To investigate the root cause of complaints and provide Corrective Action Report (CAR) to customers.
  • To prepare quality reports for senior management as well as to maintain and upkeep all quality records.
  • To manage and coordinate the daily shipment schedule.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma preferably in Art & Design, Printing Technology or in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' working experience in pre-press production artwork, colour management, some knowledge of print & clear understanding of digital imaging.
  • To have a strong packaging background, and well versed with various print methods - Gravure, Flexo, letterpress, offset, silkscreen etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of conducting audit in an ISO environment is an added advantage.
  • Excellent & strong leadership capabilities in managing and inspiring a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in English language.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak Industrial Area.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
