| Job Description |
| Responsibilities:
- Responsible for IT Operation Application support - Back office / front office - around 1600 users around AP
- Working closely with BT teams in order to facilitate applications enchancements implementations.
- Lead and develop application Geo support activities. There will be 4 key areas to be covered (Sales and Distribution, Global supply chain, Product Line management, Data)
- Manage helpdesk in order to respect SLA in the GEO in coordination with WW teams.
- Define and follow-up enhancement request with WW teams and define prioritization with other GEOs.
- Ensure proper implementation of new release linked with BT projects progresses.
- Assist various IT sites coordinators regarding applications support
Requirements:
- Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Professional IT certification would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years in application enhancement and support with 3 years of supervisory experience
- Must have experience in Application implementation of SAP ECC, CRM, FICO
- Experience in project management would be an added advantage
- Strong people management skills
