The Company

The Position

The organization presently seeks to hire between 2-3 real estate professionals for positions which can be located in Singapore and/or KL, Malaysia. Playing an internal advisory role and, moreover, acting as Project Owner, the function will respond to the strategic direction of the business by determining impact upon space requirements (Master Planning) across the region and how this will translate into office, retail and plant requirements. Correspondingly, the role will be involved in overseeing all real estate projects in the region and which will include design, build and fit-out, relocation management and property re-development. The position will necessitate end-to-end involvement from initial feasibility studies and the development of a project implementation plan through to final handover and often requiring closely collaboration with external outsource providers.

The Person

It is anticipated that interested candidates will possess a relevant degree (Real Estate) and a minimum of 5+ years experience in Design, Building or Construction project management complete with a broad understanding of real estate management (lease management, space planning, valuations). The successful applicant should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the energy, drive and enthusiasm to successfully operate within a high profile, market-leading organisation.
