EXPERIENCE

:

10 -15 years’ experience in Finance/Accounting in Hotels; with the last 3-5 years as Financial Controller

SKILLS

:

- Sound knowledge of Hotel Accounting

- Able to handle local Taxation matters

- Good Cost control

- Good knowledge of hotel IT systems & ability to harness functions to increase automation, while maintaining controls

- Good cash flow management

:

Sound knowledge of hotel operations

Good business sense as partner of the business

Analytical & numerate

Good communications, presentation & negotiation skills
