Position 1: SAP FI Analyst ( 3 openings )

Responsibilities

• The SAP FI Analyst will be responsible for day to day system operations, system analysis, program design & configuration enhancements to the SAP ECC 6.0 system.

• The expert will closely work with business users in providing support for the production environment as well as enabling new functionality within the QA system.

• Ability to define business requirements, create functional/technical specifications, reports development & system testing is critical to this position.

• Strong verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms are required.

• This position will provide Techno-Functional support to the SAP ECC 6.0 system and modules such as FI, BI and some parts of SD.

• Strong understanding of business processes related to GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Taxes, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting.

• Managing Off-shore development team experience is preferred.

• Working knowledge of Transports, User Exits, BDC, LSMW, RDC type technologies

Additional Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the 3rd party vendor that provides BASIS administration support.

• Driving the release management, change control process and administration of interfaces.

• System testing, documentation and access controls.

Requirements

• BS/BA in computer science or equivalent experience

• 6 - 8 years of overall IT experience

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FI or FI/CO, SD & MM experience

• Must have at least 2 full life cycle implementation

Position 2: SAP CO Specialist ( 2 openings )

Responsibilities

• To provide expert functional (and technical) SAP CO expertise / experience to the project team, working along side other SAP functional analysts and supporting the business project team.

Requirements

• 3+ years general industry experience in the manufacturing sector.

Candidates must be very comfortable and competent in all of the following:

• Good manufacturing finance and accounting understanding and experience

• CO-PC: Product costing - links to MM, PP, FI and CO including integration

• Cost object hierarchy (by period / by order)

• Procure to Pay processes and procedures

• Order to Cash (inter-company Billing)

• Month / period end closing

• CO-CCA: Cost center / Internal order management for fixed cost mgmt

• EC-PCA: Profitability analysis for internal segment reporting

• CO general: All CO concepts: planning / budgeting / assessments etc

• How PP can be used to support operations and the concepts used for subcontracting (co-packing / co-manufacturing)

• FI awareness: How data is feed from FI

• Customized developments: total competent and able to work with programming resources in the effective delivery of information from SAP in and around the FI / CO modules

• Experience of WM is a plus.
