In order to support recent success and future growth in Asian Pacific, we are currently seeking to appoint a highly talented Collections and Recoveries Specialist based out of Malaysia.

Job Description:

As a Collections and Recoveries Implementation consultant you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Fair Isaac software products, primarily Debt Manager, at various client sites (in the main these will be large domestic and international banking and financial institutions). You will be the primary client contact for all matters during the implementation project, proactively giving guidance on all aspects of the business and functional design of the implementation. You will attend project meetings at various levels on customer sites, addressing Client concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.

You should have a good knowledge of ‘gap analysis’ techniques in order to identify any software package enhancements that may be required. Evaluate and assess the implication of meeting detailed Client business requirements. Assist in the definition of data requirements and mapping data to and from external systems. Advise Clients on collections and recoveries best practices and the use of the software by other Clients.

In addition you will: Apply a good understanding of Client’s requirements in the configuration of product parameters. Advise on the approach to testing and oversee testing when required. Advise on the approach to migration and oversee when required.

Further elements of the role will include: The production of detailed functional specifications (including screen designs) for any product enhancements required as directed. Production of specifications for data extracts to and from external systems as directed, along with specifications for MIS.

Experience Required:

• In-depth working knowledge of the Collections and Recoveries sector specifically in relation to consumer lending/retail banking.
• Experience of one or more of the following Collections and recoveries software packages: Debt Manager, CACS, Tallyman, TietoEntator, Admerex CWX
