Production Manager, Rear Housing (Ref :JM-8138-C&S)
Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Production management to ensure delivery of excellent goods with best quality to APG & IPG in time
- Assist Manufacturing Manager to achieve tactical and strategic goals of division, in terms of safetly, quantity and quality
- Supervise and develop a team of supervisoes for daily production monitor
- Keep good liaison with other Divisons and Business Units
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in Engineering/Manufacturing Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of production supervision, of which 5 years of supervisor level
- Ability to lead and manage a sizeable team
- Can communicate with different with different level and background workers
- Analytical ability and trouble shooting skills
- Good leadership and team building
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Work and station in Shenzhen Plant, China
