CMM QUALITY ENGINER 

THE JOB:

• Spearhead the inspection methodology in operation/engineering and reduce the human content in plant/machine
• Manage the quality of controlled direct/indirect material at incoming inspection & coordinate with engineering/supplier on resolution of rejection
• Perform quality inspection improvement & mechanization at the CMM cell, Calibration and Metallurgical to reduce the direct headcount
• Conduct NPI/VSE RSS quality audit to ensure compliance to ESM/REO requirement
• Gate-keep quality escape and process shift in product/material acceptance
• Responsible & Improve the quality operation (CMM/Calibration/Metallurgical) productivity, effectiveness and capacity
• Drive and be responsible for the discipline, quality, integrity and EHS expectation of the Inspectors
• Liaise with other functions on quality, engineering and supplier issues
• Provide guidance and coaching to the Inspectors to achieve business goals
• Responsible for productivity improvement via automation and mechanization
• Drive and communicate lean six-sigma culture

REQUIREMENTS:

• Well-versed in CMM programming, Blue print interpretation and be abreast of latest inspection technology in the market
• Well versed in calibration management system and coating metallurgical evaluation/analysis
• ISO/AS Lead Assessor Qualifications
