Our Client, is a global leader in the cosmetics market and is the fastest growing company in the region. Beauty is their business and its operations include marketing, sales and distribution of its color cosmetics, skin care, hair care, hair color and fragrances. Our client is actively seeking qualified candidates to be part of the fast expanding beauty industry.
Responsibility:

Set a clear long term strategy for the brand (competitive situation assessment, development of a competitive advantage)
Plans, manages and controls the development and effective execution of marketing and promotional programs to stimulate consumer demand for specific range or group of products, to achieve volume and profitability targets.
Pro– actively manage all functions of the brand (marketing, education & sales)
Set up CRM for the Brand to create consumer pull (Data base, direct marketing, etc)
Sound knowledge of brand building, brand management to position the brand as brand leader in the beauty industry.
Strong business acumen – ability to analyze and research market opportunities; to develop a sales & marketing plan to achieved desired ROI.
Pro – actively manage all lines of the P & L as well as managing risks
Build and maintain good relationship with the top clients
Team Leadership

Requirement :

At least have a degree in Bus Administration (major in Entrepreneur) or other relevant discipline
At least 5 – 8 years in FMCG environment with at least 5 -8 years in similar capacity experience in beauty industry is as advantage.
Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation, risk-taking
Well versed in Excel , Powerpoint, etc
