| Location: Singapore

The successful candidate will provide innovative direction to the right channels and links outside the usual business opportunities to improve the performance of a group of multiple properties, which consists of a group of Hotels and Services Apartments in Singapore and Malaysia. He/she will provide strategic direction and leadership in growing the profitability of the operations. Driving consistency in the quality of service, ensuring optimal operational efficiency as well as a service orientated nature are key components to this role. You must also take a proactive approach in developing creative initiatives in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Operations and people development to scale the business for future continuation of success.
The Requirements:

Relevant general management experience within hospitality industry ideally with a solid track record in operations and/or sales and marketing management

Experience managing multiple properties essential.

Knowledge of the Singapore and Malaysia hospitality markets is essential
-
Credibility of a leader, who leads by example and commitment to achieving success.

Strong interpersonal skills and service focused. Results driven and yet, a charismatic people manager.

Well connected individual who is aware of hospitality trends in the market place.
