Job Description

(MALAYSIA, SINGAPORE, and VIETNAM)

  • You will own the responsibility of managing the sales & distribution for the company’s brands in the countries of Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. 
  • To build the company’s brands in the region and grow the sales channels.
  • You will be the primary champion for strengthening the availability and retail presence for the existing company’s brands in the market place.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relations in the region.
  • The job will require active involvement in distribution system management- working closely with the trade partners to ensure steady state consistency in managing all channels of distribution. 

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Must have in depth knowledge and experience in Distribution system management.
  • You should have worked in a distribution setup and have a strong understanding of the way key retailers in the region operate.
  • You must be results oriented, able to foster team work and exhibit strong work ethics with a positive attitude.
  • A versatile individual with good interpersonal & strong communications skills, and is able to work with professionals from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • Travelling is required.
