Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact for the Design House, Print Production Manager and Artwork Planners.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain good rapport with clients.
  • Manage the quality of the product and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle the preparation of documented work orders.
  • Work with cross-functional groups in support of fulfilling customers' unique requests.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Responsible for project management.
  • Willing to travel as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate in any relevant field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience either in a project management ,client services, customer services account management and sales.
  • Applicants with working experience in pre-press, printing or packaging industry with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will have an advantage.
  • Applicants with knowledge of artwork preparation and/or colour management will have an advantage.
  • Applicants must be proficient in English language both spoken and written.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Assertive, organized and meticulous in handling details.
  • Mature and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
