Overseas Port Management (S) Pte Ltd (OPM) is an established port management and consultancy (port, logistics and transport) company with a distinguished track record in this domain in the Middle East, Asia and Australia. It is presently managing a large container terminal in the Middle East and has done numerous consultancy projects in more than 10 countries in the region.
As OPM is venturing into new projects and areas of business, we are inviting qualified individuals to apply for the position listed below:
Finance / Human Resource Manager (Based in Middle East)
- University Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance, preferably with domain knowledge in port, shipping, transport or logistics
- Minimum 3 years management / supervisory experience preferably in an international container terminal
- Familiarity with setting up of port tariff is an advantage
- Experience in budgeting and cost management process
- Must be familiar with recruitment, training and human resource management
- Previous project management experience is preferable
- Track record in handling Applications Development and Implementation projects
- Working knowledge of EDI and e-commerce
- Proficiency in written & spoken English
- High level of PC literacy
- Strong management & leadership skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-oriented management skills
