Job Description
Responsibilities: - Provide Remote Support, via phone/chat/desktop sharing.
- Support Scope includes but not limited to IT related issues: Network & Voice, Business Applications, Enterprise Applications, PC Hardware, Windows Operating Systems, Mobility, and User Access Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in remote support for IT related issue + Technical Certificate MCP/ MCITP/ MCSE/ MCSA/ IBM Platform related certificates/ CCNA/ other Cisco Certificate/ Oracle or other database related certificates, or else At least 4 year experience in remote support for IT related issue + Degree in IT Management or related field.
- Excellent English Communication skills, verbal and written.
- 50 Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities:- Ensure the team performance was achieved for GSD Agent, including floor support
(supporting GSD Agent on site).
Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- At least 5 year experience in remote support for IT
related issue.
- At least 1.5 year experience as Team
Leader.
- Technical Certificate is a must: MCP, MCITP, MCSE, MCSA,
IBM Platform related certificates, CCNA and other Cisco Certificate, Oracle or
other database related certificates.
- Experience or Certified in Green Belt, PMP will be a
plus.
- Excellent English Communication skills, verbal and written.
